Soussons Common, often referred to as a stone circle, consists of 22 surviving stones that are actually the kerb of a round cairn, now destroyed. It dates to the Bronze Age. It is approximately 28 feet in diameter. The stones here are all small, the tallest being only a little over two feet, while some barely protrude from the ground.
In the center lies a badly damaged burial cist.
