Narrator Brookhead Enclosure is an oval shaped enclosure measuring roughly 165 by 98 feet. The area is defined by large stone walls, some 10 feet wide by almost three plus feet high.

Within the walling, a number of upright stones can be seen. An opening in the southeast section of the wall is marked by large upright slabs, facing directly towards the large cairn nearby.

Journey to Narrator Brookhead Enclosure

Narrator Brookhead Enclosure is located in the south central part of Dartmoor in Devon in southwest England. It is close to the end of the Down Tor Stone Row, which is approximately a 1-1/2 mile walk east from the northeast end of Burrator Reservoir located off the B3312 east of Dousland. A track heads off from the car park to the southeast, but where it starts there is a footpath sign pointing east to the left. Take this route.
