Din Lligwy Hut Group is a fortified hut group complex of stone houses within a stone enclosure dating primarily from the Roman period although excavations and finds of earlier structures suggest that it was in use long before that.

The site covers half an acre and consists of the foundations of a number of buildings, with the entire area enclosed by a thick double wall filled in with rubble.

The stone walls and defenses comprise limestone slabs, standing up straight on their edges. Some of these buildings would have been domestic, while others were workshops.
