 Brisworthy Stone Circle is over 80 feet in diameter and made up of 27 stones. The tallest stones are to the north and are 3-1/2 feet tall.
Restored in 1909, it is thought that about 15 stones are missing from the original ring. Two three foot stones straddle the east side of the ring.

Journey to Brisworthy Stone Circle
Brisworthy Stone Circle is located in the south central part of Dartmoor National Park in Devon. From Sheepstor drive on to the junction for the Drizzlecombe site, instead of turning here continue on and drive over the moor for 1.5 miles. At the junction turn left towards Cadover Bridge and take the next left signed Brisworthy. Park at the end on the roadside. Walk on between the farm buildings on the rough lane uphill and when it turns sharply to the right follow the line of the wall to a stile. This is the footpath.
